As of now payment can be made in 'Japanese Yen' only. When we begin accept payments through credit cards you will able to pay in US4, Euros etc besides the Japanese yen.

How soon will you ship my vehicle?

Almost all of our stock has de registration documents. This makes it easy for us to arrange shipping the very next day of your payment confirmation. You can also contact us to get information on the 'ocean freight time' approximately for your country. However it might sometimes be quite difficult to book the country's next available ship. Also only a few ships are generally available for a particular country and the priority is given to new cars for loading. Hence ocean freight time depends on the destination and may differ from days to months. Kindly also note, shipping schedules can change without notice. Hence neither Shiotsu Autotrade nor any of the other shipping companies are liable for delay. Nevertheless we will certainly help you out when things are in our hands. You can expedite the process by contacting local agents of your country shipping company and book your vehicle from Japan to the destination country. If you provide us with details we will process paperwork to ship your vehicle in Japan.

Can I insure the shipment in transit?

For an extra charge we will get insurance done for you during your order process. This will not be included in shipping cost.

Do you provide warranty for your vehicles?

No we don't provide any warranty. However we do disclose exterior/interior damage, mileage and repair history. This information is reported as per Japanese auction levels and so you know the condition of your car before buying it.

Can I purchase a vehichle as a private buyer?
Ans
Yes, however you will have to check the 'registration laws' of your country before purchasing. Some countries do not allow import of certain car models.
